I think that all three competitors have ample funding… if they have the will to spend it. I argue that 23andMe and Navigenics have that will, while deCODEme may or may not.

Is Helix Health in the same category as other genomics businesses? I thought that Helix Health was a more of a physician practice (consulting service) than product business. What I've stated applies most to product-centric businesses.

This concept stems mainly from a book: "Crossing the Chasm" by Geoffrey A. Moore, Collins Business, 2002. This book is also available to be downloaded into the Kindle Book or similar reading devices.
